Splash Pad

I took Erica over to the splash park. She had so much fun. She kept saying, "Grandma your turn," and pushed me in the water. This was the first time she really played in the splash pad part of the park. She used to be afraid of if and would only play in the lazy river. She is so darn cute.

Wow! Last week was great. My wonderful sweet second baby granddaughter was born two days from my birthday. What a sweet little girl. I am so lucky to have two beautiful granddaughters whom I love so very much. Then over the weekend Rick and I went up to Salt Lake and went to the Tim McGraw concert. Oh my gosh it was so much fun. Yes, I know I say that about everyone of his concerts,but this one was super fun. Love and Theft and Lady Antebellum opened for him. The crowd was so into this concert, much more than when we have gone to the ones in Vegas. While we were waiting for Lady Antebellum to come on stage, the crowd started to scream and point over towards the side of the second section. I look over and Tim was walking down the isle and sat in a seat in the audience. He watched Lady Antebellum perform their whole act. We were only about 40 yards from him. We were so close to him but yet so far. Even though my mind was contemplating ideas as to how I could get close to him, reality was, not even a chance. They checked your tickects everytime you went to your section so there was no way I could fake my way into pretending I was in the seat next to him. It is so frustrating knowing that I am so close to him, but yet can't meet him. That is my goal and some how, some way I will one day meet him. On Saturday, Rick and I went to Thanksgiving Point. We rented a golf cart and drove through the Gardens. It was absoulutely amazing. It is 55 acres of nothing but pure beauty.

My 41st birthday

Oh boy another year older. Rick took me to lunch at my favorite place - Cafe Rio. When I got home from work he had a wonderful bouquet of flowers, a beautiful card and a ton of candy for me. Zach, Liz, Erica and Kelsey took me to dinner to Chilis and gave me a beautiful card and gift card for Itunes. I love it. I received three birthday songs from my sweet sisters as well as awesome scrapbooking gifts. I had so many birthday wishes from so many of you. Thank you so much to all of you for making my birthday so great. I love all of you so much.

Welcome to the world Baby Kelsey

Welcome to the world and our family baby Kelsey. We are so excited to finally meet you. You are such a precious baby girl. Grandma and Grandpa Massey love you so much.

4th of July

Rick, Zach, Liz, Erica, Brooks, Tiffany, Cody, Brittany and I went to the Sunbowl to watch the fireworks. After the fireworks we came to our house and Zach and Brooks lit off fireworks. Hope you all had a wonderful 4th.

Kuwaui, Hawaii

June 20 - 27, 2010

Rick and I went with Robyn, Red, Sam, Dillion, Matthew and friends of their family to Hawaii. We stayed on the island of Kauai. What a beautiful place. We had so much fun. We hung out on the most beautiful beaches, took a Kayaking tour, went to a Luau and took a helicopter tour. The week went so fast and we wish we could of had more time down there. Thank you Robyn and Red for an experience we will never forget!!!

It's a Girl!!!

Well it is official. Zach and Liz found out they are having another girl. We are all so excited and can't wait to meet her. Erica is going to be a great big sister. Congratulations!!
